Prof. is your always-available strategy and finance consultant — for small businesses, corporates and government entities alike. Upload financial statements, strategy documents, annual performance plans, risk registers or presentations and get plain-language guidance on what to do — and what not to do.
Holistic advisory support for business owners and public-sector leaders — from the shop floor to the boardroom to the department.
Chat below, or use the voice widget (bottom-right) to talk to Prof. Guidance is general — confirm decisions with your accountant or financial adviser.
Click the voice bubble at the bottom-right of your screen to have a live voice conversation with Prof. (powered by ElevenLabs).
Guidance here is general business guidance. Before signing, spending or investing — talk to your accountant or a licensed financial adviser.
Upload your business documents — financial statements, strategy documents, budgets, presentations — in PDF, Word or Excel. The Prof reads them and gives you plain-language guidance: strengths, red flags, what to do and what not to do.
Blank = Prof. works through the whole document section by section. Named = he analyses only that part, in depth.
PDF (.pdf) · Word (.docx) · Excel (.xlsx / .xls / .csv) — up to 15 MB each. Files are processed in your browser; nothing is stored until you choose to save.
Documents Prof. drafts for you — not advice on how to write them yourself. Everything here can be saved as a PDF and is kept in your account.
The questions and struggles the Prof hears most often — organised by discipline, each with straight-talk guidance, DOs and DON'Ts. Click any question, or send it to the Prof for a deeper consultation.

Prof. tailors his reference library to your sector. Change it here if it's wrong.
Tell Prof. about your organisation once, and he will remember it in every conversation — so you stop re-explaining who you are.
Kept to your account and used only to tailor your own answers. Include what would help a consultant advise you — size, sector, reporting framework, current priorities, known problems. Leave out anything confidential you would not put in an email.
A one-page review from Prof.: where your attention has been, what looks unresolved, and three things to do next. Run it monthly — or before a board meeting.
Prof. reviews what you have asked him and the documents he has reviewed for you, then writes the summary himself.
Every document analysis and Health Check is saved to your account. Click one to reopen it.

The terms that govern your use of Prof. and your subscription. Plain language, as always.
Prof. is an AI-powered business guidance platform operated by KAI Advisory (Finequity Wealth Pty Ltd t/a Kgokolo Advisory Inc), South Africa. Contact: info@kgokoloadvisory.co.za.
Prof. provides general business guidance only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and no output of the platform should be relied upon as such. Always consult a registered accountant, tax practitioner, attorney or licensed financial adviser before acting. Your subscription is payment for access to guidance tools and content — not for professional advice.
You need an account to use Prof.'s AI features. Keep your login details confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. Each plan (Starter, Growth, Boardroom) includes monthly usage allowances as published on the Pricing page; allowances reset on the 1st of each month and unused allowances do not roll over. All plans are subject to fair use: accounts that resell access, share logins, or use automation to circumvent limits may be suspended.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance in South African Rand via our payment processor, Paystack (card and other supported methods). Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change plan pricing on 30 days' notice — changes take effect at your next billing date, and you may cancel before then.
You may cancel your subscription at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fee. Email info@kgokoloadvisory.co.za from your account email address, or use the cancellation option in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: you keep full access until that date, and no further billing occurs after it.
First-time subscribers: if Prof. isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
Billing errors: duplicate charges, or charges after a confirmed cancellation, are refunded in full. Notify us within 30 days of the charge.
Renewals: beyond the first-payment guarantee, monthly renewal fees are not refundable pro rata for partial months or unused allowances — cancel before your billing date to avoid the next charge.
Service failure: if the platform is materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the affected period on request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Paystack. To request a refund, email info@kgokoloadvisory.co.za with your account email and payment reference.
Don't use Prof. for unlawful purposes, to generate content that infringes others' rights, or to attempt to extract, resell or scrape the platform's content or AI outputs at scale. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with a refund of any unused full months on paid plans where the breach was not deliberate.
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Consumer Protection Act where it applies), our total liability to you is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Decisions you take based on the platform's general guidance remain your own — see clause 1.
Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Notice (POPIA). We may update these terms from time to time — material changes will be notified on the platform, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
How Prof. handles your information, in plain language, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
This platform is operated by KAI Advisory ("we"). We are the responsible party under POPIA. Contact / Information Officer: info@kgokoloadvisory.co.za. You may also contact the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
Documents you upload are NOT stored on our servers. They are read inside your own browser. Only the extracted text is transmitted, encrypted (HTTPS), to our analysis engine to generate your guidance, and is discarded after the response is produced. We do not build a copy of your financial records.
We collect only: your consent record and preferences (stored on your own device), and — if you subscribe — your name, email and payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Paystack); we never see or store card numbers.
To generate the business guidance you request, operate your subscription, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your documents or conversations to train AI models.
Our infrastructure providers (hosting, AI analysis, payments) may process data outside South Africa. Each is bound by contractual data-protection terms providing protection substantially similar to POPIA. By using the platform you consent to this processing.
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). No document store exists to breach. If we later introduce an optional "save my documents" feature, files will be held encrypted in a private, access-controlled store, saved only with your explicit opt-in per document, and deletable by you at any time.
You may ask what personal information we hold, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, and complain to the Information Regulator. Email the Information Officer at info@kgokoloadvisory.co.za — we respond within a reasonable time as required by POPIA.
In the unlikely event of a security compromise involving personal information, we will notify the Information Regulator and affected users as required by section 22 of POPIA.
A consultant's day costs R15 000 to R25 000. An outsourced financial director runs R15 000 to R40 000 a month. Your accountant bills R800 to R2 500 an hour. Prof. starts at less than one of those hours — and he is available at eleven at night, on a Sunday, before a board meeting.
Prof. works from a curated South African reference library: the PFMA and MFMA, GRAP, National Treasury's Framework for Strategic Plans and APPs, the current supply chain management instructions, King V (not King IV), the Pension Funds Act, Regulation 28, IFRS and MBA-level corporate finance. Repealed law is marked as repealed, and law that is passed but not yet in force is marked as not yet in force. He is built on the advisory practice of KAI Advisory.
See whether he actually knows your world.
Less than one hour of your accountant's time. Your consultant on call, all month.
About 5% of a single consultant day. For institutions and established businesses that want a standing advisory partner.
Multiple seats on one invoice, a private workspace holding your own strategic plan, APP, risk register or fund rules, and a usage view for your administrator. Billed by VAT invoice with a purchase order reference, payable by EFT — built for how the public sector actually procures.
Priced from R15 000 a month — roughly one consultant day, except available every day to everyone on your team.
